Q:  I am coming from outside the USA.  What Visa information do I need?
 
A:  To see US Government current Visa Information and/or Requirements for Visa-Free foreign travelers, search the official US Secretary of State site and information under visa information.  Planning early is the general rule.
 
 
Q:  How do I request an Visa Letter of Invitation?
 
A:  If you or any delegate requires a letter of invitation, we are happy to send a Letter of Invitation provided the delegate supplies the requested information found in this form (pdf).  Fill out the form, and then simply email us the form and the other requested information.  We will honor requests that come with valid company emails.
 
 
Q:  Does the registration fee include the hotel accomodations?
 
A:  No.  You must book your hotel accomodations separately.  PNEC Conferences has secured a special rate for conference attendees.  Rooms for this special rate are limited, so book your room early.  To learn more, click here to see our Hotel Information page.
 
 
Q:  What is the expected attire for the conference?
 
A:  Business Casual is the normal attire.  The conference facility and meeting rooms are air conditioned, so you may want to bring a jacket or sweater.
