Philip C. Crouse and Associates, Inc. is an international petroleum and management practice founded 30 years ago by Philip C. Crouse.  The company has specialized in unique engineering design projects in the exploration and production sector, market and engineering studies, project management, expert witness, and technology research. 

Petroleum Network Education Conferences (PNEC) was formed in 1993 as a separate effort of Philip C. Crouse and Associates, Inc.  This division of Philip C. Crouse and Associates, Inc. runs 100% owned petroleum conferences and provides conference and complex event management services to the wider international petroleum industry.

In 1988 the company addressed the need to have targeted conferences designed to emphasize developments in new and main line technologies which had not been discussed or emphasized by the broader oil and gas industry.  That year the company programmed the world’s first conference and exhibit for horizontal well technology. 

Conferences, short courses and training have been conducted by PNEC in many technical areas:  horizontal well technology, coiled tubing, petroleum data integration and management, reservoir conformance, underbalanced drilling and emerging technologies.  Over 60 PNEC conferences worldwide have introduced new ideas and technology applications to over 13,000 petroleum personnel.  Additionally PNEC expanded into meeting and event management in 1997 providing internal meetings trade shows and other events needed by major petroleum industry companies.  Companies have contracted PNEC Conferences for complex meetings ranging in size from 90 to 550 attendees.
