Registration hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST; 11:00 am - 10:00 pm CET. After hours, please leave a detailed message, and your message will be promptly returned the next business day.
Fast Track Registration

Our pre-registered attendees and exhibitors can bring ANY 1 of the following 3 options and jump ahead of the crowd using our Fast Track registration option.
1. Present a copy of your registration confirmation
2. Provide your confirmation number
3. Provide your email address
Payment must be received prior to the conference. If payment is notreceived by the conference date, the registration fee must be guaranteed on charge card until proof of payment is provided. Make check payable to PennWell/PNEC Conference 2017. All registrations submitted online will be processed and credit cards charged immediately.

Attendee Badge Policy
All registered attendees will be issued an Attendee Badge and badge holder, as well as the appropriate event tickets and electronic business card. Please wear your badge at all times when attending official Petroleum Network Education Conferences' functions. Badges are a security measure to identify people who have a legitimate reason to be in the conference and exhibit areas. If you are not wearing your badge, you may be asked to show proof of your registration and picture ID.
Letters of Invitation
PennWell can only provide letters of invitation to paid conference attendees and exhibitors. If you are not a paid conference attendee or exhibitor for this event, you may inquire in this regards with the hotel where you will be residing. Please note the hotel may or may not be able to assist you with your request; this assistance is given at their discretion.

Cancellation of registration must be received in writing. Any individual, exhibitor, or corporate registrations cancelled in writing before April 6, 2017, will receive a 50% refund of registration fee. After April 6, 2017, no refunds will be permitted. Substitutions may be made at any time by contacting the registration office IN WRITING to firstname.lastname@example.org.
