The PNEC Conference and Exhibition is concluded by an annual awards ceremony recognizing outstanding contributors to the E&P data integration, information, and data management community.
Philip C. Crouse Cornerstone Award
The primary award is the Philip C. Crouse Cornerstone Award. It recognizes distinguished contributions in the application of technical data and information principles, and outstanding achievements in or contributions to the advancement of upstream petroleum data and information management as a profession and a craft. The Cornerstone Award was initiated in 2006 for the 10th anniversary of the conference by Philip C. Crouse, founding organizer of PNEC Conferences.

The Stewart McAdoo Award
This award was also initiated alongside the Cornerstone Award in 2006 for the 10th anniversary of the
conference. The Stewart McAdoo Award is given in five year increments for the promotion of
quality, technology, and management developments. This year’s recipients are:

Star of Conference Award
Mara Abel, Professor, Federal University of Health Sciences of PortoAlegra (UFRGS Brazil) was awarded the Star of Conference Award recognizes an outstanding delegate based on their insightful input and direction in the on-site conference discussions. This award was determined by former recipients while at the event.
