Subsurface data management, data flows and processes are growing in complexity as various systems and tools are required to meet different business and user needs. Rule-based process automation can be used to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the existing technologies, tools and systems. Without automated processes, technicians and specialists are required to manually perform data loading across disparate systems and tools. Manual processes add risk in the form of business disruption and data quality issues. With rule-based data quality management tool like Innerlogix, we can change the way businesses think about process management and automate the processes in simplistic but transformative ways. The rule-based process automation enables a streamlined and automated the execution of repetitive data transfer processes thereby improving quality, efficiency and productivity. Rule-based process automation compliments existing technologies, tools and systems, enhancing their efficiency and effectiveness. In this paper, we will present some case studies on using Innerlogix to implement the rule-based process automation, and describe the efficiency and productivity improvement for both business users and domain users.
